Professional fees for retainers, drafting, filings, audit reviews, and court appearances are billed as stipulated in individual engagement contracts.

• Government statutory fees (OCR registration charges, court filing stamps, IRD penalties, SWC clearance fees) are strictly payable by the client.
• Invoices are subject to applicable taxes under the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) regulations of Nepal.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
